To enter the contest visit the entry form and tell how you rock your COVERGIRL look and what you love about yourself. You will also need to submit a headshot and tell in 250 words or less how beauty empowers you.
1. One entry per person.
2. Complete entries must be submitted by 11:59PM CST on September 25, 2013.
3. Winners will be notified on September 28, 2013.
4. NYC trip and photo/video shoot occur on October 4-6, 2013.
