Giveaway- Right on the Walls

 CLOSED
Winner- #32 Ashley

At Right on the Walls you can find a huge selection of vinyl wall art and vinyl decals. This family-owned company designs and manufactures every piece per your specifications. I love family-owned and personal businesses because it means personal interaction!

The thought of putting vinyl on your walls or windows may be a little intimidating to you but I want to reassure you how incredibly easy it is to apply... and to remove!

You can get those cute sticky family decals for your car HERE!

For my review I selected a MYSTERY PACK from the Bargain Bin. I wanted to see what would be included in the Mystery Pack (I chose Girl Pack) for the price which is $22 per pack.

I was definitely NOT disappointed! I didn't really know what to expect. Because it was a mystery I didn't get to choose colors or phrases. I got a completely random pack based on the theme. I got 6 different pieces in varying sizes such as "It's Not Easy Being a Princess... But hey... if the Crown Fits!!!" as seen toward the end of THIS page and the "Sweet Dreams * Sleep Tight * We Love You * Good Night" as seen toward the end of THIS page.

I chose to put the BE YOURSELF and the HEARTS we received (which I couldn't find on the site so they might be discontinued) to put in our playroom! I had a painting taped to the wall that my daughter had done and moved to another wall. Here is a BEFORE (the walls are purple, not grey):

And the AFTER:

If you're hesitant about getting a mystery pack I highly recommend it! Everything we got was something useful and super cute. As for applying the vinyl it was so so so simple. I followed the easy-to-follow instructions, peeled off the backing and carefully applied it to the wall. The result was a beautiful painted mural on the wall without the mess or time wasted. It took me less than five minutes from start to finish and my cleanup was a breeze. I just threw the leftover paper in the recycle bin!

Miche Bag

You may have seen the infomercials or may have seen the ads on a website. Have you ever wondered, "Are Miche bags really all they're cracked up to be? Is it worth it? Are they made with quality materials?"

Miche creates and sells designer handbags at such affordable prices you'll be astounded!

I just received a Miche bag to review so I think I'm going to be able to answer some of your questions! And by the end of this post you may have added a Miche to your Christmas wish list. And psssst... these are created by women and for women!

What is Miche? It is a standard, plain base bag on the inside... but has credit card safe magnets sewn inside so you can change the outer shell of your bag to fit your style or your mood! I cannot believe that no one has thought of this before! A bag that can transform into something totally different by simply slipping off one shell and replacing it with a new one.

Yes, you heard me! You don't have to dump everything out of your bag into a new one. You don't have to fill your closet with oodles of bags that take up all your room. Instead you can have ONE bag and many different shells to change the look of your bag.

So you may start off your week with a more chic, clean look like this gorgeous Erica shell...

...and end the week up with the playful, retro Ashley

I received one standard base and two shells. The shells I received where Chloe and Hayley. The Chloe is actually more of an orange than a yellow. These shells are SO much prettier in real life. They are durable and do not look or feel cheap. The creators take great care to find affordable but quality materials so you get a designer-style bag that is functional and fits any budget!

How did they stand up to the testing? The magnets are incredibly strong. My shells do not slip off. In fact they are also designed to hug the base of the bag. I get compliments and women crowding around me to check out this bag EVERY SINGLE TIME I go out. They want to know where to get one and how it works!

Here is a view of the inside of the small base (which is not small but a standard size purse):

The base is stiff and sturdy, which I love. It fits everything I need perfectly. There are stretchy pockets on one side and a zippered pocket on the other. The best feature of the stiff base is that you can get a slouchy shell (slouch bags are so in right now) but without your bag deflating the moment you set it down. Everyone I know that has a slouchy-style bag looses everything in those because they collapse on themselves! Well no longer with Miche! Get the look and keep your bag organized!

Did I mention you can also change the handles on it? Check out the Accessories section of the website to see the handles you can switch out on your bag so your bag matches perfectly all around.

So the next time you want to spend $30 or more on a bag just get a new shell for your Miche! Save yourself some closet space by laying your shells flat on a shelf or drawer.

Finally I want to point out that you can host your own Miche Home Party so you can see the bags for yourself and earn prizes! Use the Store Locator to find local retailers who sell Miche in their stores.

Giveaway- Bravado

 CLOSED
Winner #1 - The Bradley Family

Oh how we have been waiting and waiting for this giveaway! If you are a pregnant or nursing mom you may have heard of Bravado. This retailer creates the most comfortable and practical nursing bras for the pregnant and nursing mother.

I was sent the NEW Bliss Nursing Bra in the color Chai to test out for you! Because I am a nursing mother I am going to be able to give you a detailed review of my experience using Bliss (which I'm wearing this very moment!).

I'm a highly sensitive person. If something is too tight or doesn't feel right I'm incredibly uncomfortable. But if I could LIVE in this bra I would! I sleep in it, I go through my day in it, wear it working out... This is the greatest must-have for the pregnant and nursing woman.

Instead of giving you all the bra details (which you can read on the website) I just want to tell you about my experience. The bra is comfortable; it has four rows of hooks so you can adjust accordingly as you go through different phases of nursing. The biggest pro about the bra is that it is made for t-shirts. The frilly, lacy and gorgeous lingerie-type bras are fun but they're not very practical when it comes to going out to run errands. So while I love having those bras I also LOVE having a t-shirt bra that I can wear with anything.

Other bras I have used while nursing become too tight when my milk comes in and you can see my chest trying to burst through my bra right through my shirt. So embarrassing! I haven't had that issue with this bra. The cup fits me perfectly whether I am engorged or "deflated" for lack of better word because the cups stretch to conform to you.

Sublime- definitely on my wish list!

The clasps are super easy to undo and redo; I can do it all with one hand. And the bra just gives the best support and lift which is really important for overall breast health. Another thing I love about the bra is the back support. Some of my bras are really high on the back or cover almost my entire upper back which is NOT cool when I want to wear a shirt that reveals part of my upper back. The Bliss Nursing Bra instead supports you from the front and around your sides (goodbye back bulge!) but without reaching all the way up to the back of your neck!

Overall the experience has been absolutely amazing. This is not my first encounter with Bravado and I haven't had a single complaint yet. All the forums are abuzz about Bravado's nursing bras; it is the must-have bra for comfort, practicality, support and breastfeeding!

Five Question Friday and Blog Hopping

I'm trying out a new blog hop and would love for all of you to join along! Everyone loves to answer questions about themselves so I found this to be a unique bloghop in the midst of all the hops out there!
Simply answer five questions, publish your post and add it to the linky at My Little Life:

1. Do you feel guilty spending money on yourself?
No, not really. I work full-time (as a mommy and making jewelry for my Etsy shops) and do almost everything around our house without getting paid a dime. I think the only time I feel guilty is if I spend something and end up realizing later that I should have used it toward something else.

2. How well do you know your neighbors?
I know their names...? Okay the people across the street live in apartments and they are mostly foreign (don't speak English) so they come and go so quickly. The people next door are just plain weird. Ha ha! I'm sure they think the same about us.

3. What age are you looking forward to being?
Good question! I have no idea. I'm 25 now but I keep hearing that 30 is the Prime Time of life so we'll see when I get there!

4. Do you get excited when the mail comes? Why?
I'm a product reviewer; so YES! I also order a lot online for my Etsy businesses (see My Etsy tab above to see my hand-stamped jewelry bliss)! I literally check out the window all day even though the mail comes at the same time everyday... you know JUST in case it comes early!

5. What is your earliest childhood memory?
I have short clips of foggy memories... like one of my older brother taking forever in the bathroom while I danced outside the bathroom door and eventually peed my pants... other memories of me playing outside by myself, singing to myself. I was a very imaginative and expressive child. I was always in some fantasy world! *ahem* Okay so I still live like that today but I'm a lot better at it! That is why your dear product reviewer here at GGG can be such a space cadet at times.

But seriously I have four siblings and most of my memories are of me being totally alone and just playing and acting out little fantasies of being a teacher or a mom or a mermaid (I was convinced I was a mermaid, stolen away from my mer-family) or an astronaut or whatever else my imagination led me to believe!

Well that was super fun! If you're a new visitor to Girly Girl Giveaways PLEASE enter giveaways (right sidebar)! You never know... it could be YOUR lucky day to win!

And don't forget to link up any giveaways you have. I have a Link-Up (see tab bar above) that you can enter giveaways on no matter what day of the week it is!

NEW followers from the hops- leave me some comment love and I'll be sure to get back with you as soon as I can to follow you back!

Giveaway- Z Daisy

CLOSED
Winner- # 32 Robyn

I love the girly and crisp look of Z Daisy! This friendly company specializes in all things baby, such as stroller blankets, personalized pacifiers, headbands and so much more! This duo of mothers got together when they couldn't find cute pacifier clips for their babies and decided to take matters into their own hands! I absolutely love mom-owned businesses! Women rock!

We were excited to receive a Binkie Bungee (aka Pacifier Clip) to review in a fun zebra print they sweetly named Phoebe.

 Blankie Bungee

I just have to say this is such a soft fabric they use on their Binkie Bungee! It is called "minky" and it feels it! The Binkie Bungee features an elastic loop on one end that you attach to ANY pacifier brand you may be using. On the other end is this metal clip that has soft grips so you can attach the Binkie Bungee to your child's top without ruining their clothing.

Our baby girl is not a binky girl so we found a new, innovative way to use our Binkie Bungee and I love it! We attach toys to it when we're out and about. I don't attach her to her shirt unless the toy is really light (like a linking ring). Instead I attach it to our shopping cart cover, which we use in the shopping cart and in public high chairs. No more dirty spoons on the ground! No more picking up my baby's germ-infested toy that has fallen to the ground.

Here is an example of one of the toys I attach to our Binkie Bungee and then attach to our shopping cart cover:

The Binkie Bungee has been tested for safety so you know you're getting a wonderfully safe product. In fact each and every Binkie Bungee is individually tested so you know yours will be top-notch. I was incredibly impressed with the stitching and the packaging of the product. It is very professional. I felt like a little boutique treasure had come into my home! We don't leave home without our Binkie Bungee anymore!!!

Z Daisy also uses proceeds from their sales to Living Water and other organizations! Way to go, ladies!!!

Giveaways- Vitalicious

 CLOSED
Winner- #34 Lynda Del.

Several weeks ago we received a huge box in the mail from Vitalicious. I'm telling you it was the ULTIMATE sampler! What exactly is Vitalicious? Vitalicious® Inc. is the market leader of innovative "vital and delicious" baked goods that promote a healthy lifestyle, without sacrificing taste. They are also the original 100-calorie creators; all of their items are 100 calories per serving!

Vitalicious sells VitaTops (muffin tops), VitaMuffins, VitaBrownies, VitaCake, VitaCoffee and so much more. So what exactly does vitalicious even mean? It is vital and delicious together as the heart behind this company is to bring delicious tasting treats to consumers that contain vital ingredients like fiber, vitamins and minerals!

Our instructions stated we were to put the VitaTops (nickname for muffin tops) in the freezer for optimal freshness as Vitalicious does not use artificial additives or preservatives. They are also kosher!

When you hear VitaTop you might automatically think of vitamins which generally taste chalky or bland. There is no CHALK here, Girly Girls! I hate that about protein bars and shakes. That nasty chalky aftertaste or having to choke the protein bar down. Vitalicious' VitaTops kept making me go back for more. I'd literally think ahead to when I'd get to have another one or I'd thaw a few at a time so they'd be ready in the fridge. I might have even hoarded all of my favorites from the kids but don't tell them that!

The VitaTops are wholesome and delicious! I really, really loved the Blueberry. It was classic and there was no sacrifice of taste whatsoever. Another flavor I really loved was actually the Golden Corn! I wasn't expecting to like the corn one but it was so tasty and buttery and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The Bran selections were a different taste then what I am used to so I can't give them a gold star but if you love bran I know you'll love these 100-calorie treats for a quick snack or breakfast on the go!

My favorite way to eat these were straight from the refrigerator where I kept my thawing VitaTops overnight for a quick breakfast the next day. The VitaTops are very decently sized, about the size of my fist so I got a full feeling that lasted until lunch. Because I am a stay-at-home-mom I don't need quick breakfast but I can imagine for someone rushing out the door these would be the perfect weight management on-the-go treat for breakfast or a snack! It only takes about 13 minutes to walk off the calories of a VitaMuffin or VitaTop!

My daughters loved the VitaBrownies! My husband also tried them out and thought they were delicious. They like cake-like brownies. You cannot tell they are healthy! I'm very particular about my brownies (they have to be fudgy; a little undercooked) so I stuck with the VitaTops.

If you're looking for an affordable and delicious way to lose those pounds order a sampler from Vitalicious! I've got my eyes on the Chocolate SuperSampler... what about you?! I want to try them toasted as I didn't even think to do that with my sampler. Just pop them in the oven and have a wonderful, tasty and healthy treat!

One super lucky reader is going to be randomly selected to receive the SuperSampler Pack, a $35.99 value!
