I am a fitness instructor, a martial arts student and an on the go single mom. As a result, my muscles ache from time to time from overuse, injury or they succumb to extreme stiffness. In search of natural pain relief alternatives I came across Arnicare Gel, a pain relieving homeopathic medicine. I was sent a 2.6 oz. tube of it to review.My tube of Arnicare Gel arrived early August and since that time I have had ample opportunity to use the gel and feel if it really works for pain.
