I was sent the gummies for review. This is are tasty little things, they are kind of like eating candy only they are good for you! You can take two gummies once or twice daily to help you achieve lustrous hair, healthy nails and vibrant skin. The thing I noticed most from taking these vitamins is my skin has never looked better. I have always been prone to the occasional blemish, even as an adult, but I have noticed that since starting these vitamins my skin looks and feels smoother, my skin tone has evened out and I have not had a blemish since. No kidding! I have decided to continue taking these vitamins not just for health but as an addition to my everyday beauty regime.
