Costume Discounters Review

A year ago I was given the opportunity to review one of Costume Discounters many costumes. It was a beautiful Princess Tiana dress that my daughter still loves to this day. Recently I was given another opportunity to add to Penelope's dress up closet. Costume Discounters has so many choices it was hard to decide on one costume.
