GreenSmart Review

There as so many Green products out there these days that we have lots of choices. Everything from clothing to bags, you name it. I recently learned about GreenSmart and their fabulous eco- friendly laptop sleeves and after checking out all the styles I had to try one out.

Their mission is to offer bags that make you feel good. Any brand can make attractive bags and be indifferent to the resources it takes to make them. GreenSmart is different. GreenSmart cares. Using eco-friendly materials and socially responsible labor are two of the most significant ways we have to embed thoughtfulness into the design of a bag. Who doesn’t want to see recyclable materials (plastic bottles) turned into something functional and beautiful?
They used to make bags from from polyester, neoprene and nylon. Back in the 20th Century that was the only choice they had for durable fabrics. Along with the new numbers, the 21st Century has offered great strides in material options for bag-making and they try to utilize them exclusively. They hope that their commitment will continue to delight consumers and make a difference.
Here is the bag that I decided on. It's the 16" Markhor, it is fully padded and sized for a 16" laptop, with extra padding in the corners. It also has two zipped pockets on the front and a filling pocket in back. I really could have used this nice bag in college when I was taking my laptop to the library and to class everyday. This is a great bag. It's functional and I feel safe that my laptop is completely protected in it.

With Graduation coming up this would make a great gift for those high school students that are going off to college. They have a variety of styles to choose from. In addition to laptop sleeves and carry bags GreenSmart also carries messenger bags, backpacks and water holders. All of which would also make a nice graduation/going away to college gift. Go Green!
