Congratulations! Winner #5
Kris
You might remember a couple of months ago I
reviewed some
TheraBreath products and was very impressed by them. I have since continued to use the toothpaste and mints and so when I was contacted again asked if I would like to review one of their newest products of course I said yes.
"The use of probiotics in health care is based on the scientific fact that a healthy level of "good" bacteria in the body can be very beneficial. These "good" bacteria occur naturally to some degree in most people and assist in many bodily functions (such as digestion). However not everyone has enough of every type of "good"bacteria in their system. Those that do, can sometimes demonstrate elevated resistance to a variety of germ related symptoms. Those that don't. can be more susceptible to various illnesses. Research suggests that increasing levels of some "good" bacteria can help the body to defend itself against hostile bacteria."
That's where
TheraBreath's newest product
TheraBreath Multi-Symptom Probiotics comes in.

This 7 day treatment is designed to reduce the amount of "bad" bacteria in your mouth while alleviating the symptoms they cause. These include
bad breath, throat discomfort, ear aches, yellow coating on the tongue, and other tooth and gum problems. The 7 day treatment is very easy to follow. It includes 9 treatment powders as well as a small tube of
TheraBreath toothpaste. The treatment powders are conveniently packaged in a cardboard tray that can be placed directly on your bathroom counter so that you don't forget to use it. Each powder packet is also clearly labeled telling you when to use. When I first opened up the box and read that I would need to mix the powder with water before use I thought it sounded like too much trouble. I was wrong. I keep mini paper cups in my bathroom and it was very easy to fill them halfway with water, pour the treatment powder in and mix it up. I was also concerned with the fact that the directions tell you to rinse for 60 seconds and then gargle for 30. The reason I was concerned because I just had the assumption that it would have a bad taste. I have a very bad gag reflex and if something taste bad I immediately have to spit it out. I was wrong again. The powder adds a very light citrus taste to the water, not unpleasant at all. It also cools your mouth leaving it feeling clean and refreshed. I don't know that I noticed anything different happening in my mouth during the 7 day treatment but it is recommended to repeat the treatment monthly to maintain the levels of beneficial bacteria. I am definitely interested in continuing to use this and other
TheraBreath products.
