Girly Girl reader SondraMama says "What does it mean to be a mother? Love, care, compassionate, trust, friendship, closeness, cuddling, listening, & being there for your kids. When I was growing up, I didn't have anybody to care for me, or hold me when I needed it. I didn't have a mother to stand by my side or to let me do what interests me. As a mother myself, I am doing the opposite of when I grew up in. I cuddle my kids, I hug them and tell them multiple times a day how much I love them. I smile for them all day long. I stand by my oldest sons side and make sure he will come to me for anything."
