Giveaway- C&E Creations

CLOSED
Winner- #68 Jen M

Have you ever heard of 'wool dryer balls' but were skeptical about trying them? Well wonder no longer friends! I'm here to tell you that wool dryer balls work!

Nicole at C&E Creations sent me two large wool dryer balls to test out. What are they? They are, well, dryer balls made out of wool! She makes them in all sorts of fantastic color combinations, too.

Here is what Nicole says:

I specialize in wool dryer balls which are kept in the dryer to help your clothing/diapers dry faster, stay softer and reduce static. You can cut down on electricity usage, get rid of fabric softener and reduce static naturally just by using wool dryer balls!

I also asked Nicole, "How long do they last? How many do you need to use for maximum effectiveness?" Here is her answer:

I've been using the same dryer balls for well over a year with no issues. Most people start off with just a pair because they are skeptical (not that I blame them...I was too at first!), then work their way up. It has been my experience that best results come with using 5-8 balls at the same time, all the time. I've even met people who use 10+...it just depends on your personal needs and also the size of the balls. ;)

So how did they work out for me?! Just using 2 dryer balls I have noticed a significant difference in the amount of static in our clothes! There is still a little static but I know that if I used the required 6-8 balls I wouldn't have any static at all.

The first time I used them I had a pair of my oldest daughter's pajamas in the dryer. These pajamas usually come out with so much static the pant legs are twisted together with electricity. I was shocked when I took them out of the dryer to find the pant legs straight and not bunched up. Not only that but they really were super soft!

I'm now a believer!
