Halloween Adventure- Vampire Costume Review
Have your kiddos decided what they would like to dress up as for Halloween this year? My daughter Penelope has. Originally she wanted to be Bat Girl but when I was given the opportunity to review a costume from HalloweenAdventure.com she quickly changed her mind. She sat down with me in front of the computer and we looked through all the many costumes that are available on Halloween Adventures. They carry adult, children, and infant costumes and accessories in a variety of styles. Does your kiddo want to be his/her favorite cartoon character? Is your little girly girl dreaming of being a fairytale princess? Or perhaps like my daughter they want something a little more on the spooky side.
When my daughter saw this Vampiress Costume she immediately said "I want to be a vampire princess, I want this"! All thoughts of Bat Girl were quickly out the window. This particular costume includes the dress and choker with an attached collar. I like that it is simple enough that she can easily move around in it but it still has some nice detail. We can finish up her costume with some black shoes, white makeup, and long ringlets in her hair and she will look like she has been "living" in a Gothic castle for centuries. I will try to post a picture of her when she is all dressed up.
Their is still plenty of time to order your kids costume online and if you use the code NOW29 at checkout you will receive FREE shipping on all orders over $29.

Crabtree & Evelyn Conditioning Hand Washes Review
A few months back I was given the opportunity to review another of Crabtree & Evelyn's fab products, their Conditioning Hand Washes which were released earlier in the summer. I love their products and these hand washes totally met my expectations.
This collection of eight new hand washes come in a variety of delightful fragrances.
Citron, Honey & Coriander
Pomegranate, Argan & Grapeseed
Rosewater
Lavender
Lily
Iris
Wisteria
La Source
They are deigned to offer a gentle cleanse that conditions the skin as it washes. I received the Citron, Honey & Coriander for review which I was pretty excited about it because it was the one I would have chosen. It smells of citrus with some sweetness and a little herb-iness, exactly what you would expect from the name. It lathers up really nice and the scent fills the room each time you wash your hands, so good. It also leaves your hands feeling moisturized. Each hand wash is formulated without parabens, propylene glycol, phthalate or mineral oil. I also think the bottles are lovely and look great on a bathroom counter. The different colors that are available will add to the look of your room.
You can purchase these Conditioning Hand Washes online or check out their store locator to find a retail shop near you.

Smarty Pants Review
You know when it comes to taking a daily vitamin I am really bad about it. I take it for a while and then when the bottle is gone its another few months before I buy one again. On the other hand I am very good about giving the kids their vitamins. Mostly because they are gummy vitamins and they wont let me forget. My 5 year old daughter says its because she needs her vitamins because they keep her healthy. We all know that's true but not why she wants them. They're fun and taste good, but why should the kids have all the fun.
Well Smarty Pants has come up with an adult vitamin that is good, it doesn't have that gross vitamin flavor and its easy to take. You get six vitamin gummies every day. I keep them for my little treat in the after noon. It's like having a pack of fruit snacks with out taking them away from the kids.
Plus look at all the good stuff that's in these little Smarty Pants:
Only Multivitamin + Omega 3s + Vitamin D gummy on the market!
Excellent Source of Omega 3 DHA+EPA* from eco friendly small fish oil225% of the US RDI for Vitamin D + includes 9 other nutrients
No High Fructose Corn Syrup, artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Gluten & casein free.
Made in California in a GMP-certified facility

Burt's Bees Face Care Review
I am a big fan of Burt's Bees and very familiar with several of their products. I started using the baby products on my daughter when she was just born and continue to use many of them today. I also love their lip balms and glosses. I have used one of their facial washes in the past and even their sunscreen. All of Burt's Bees products have been gentle on the skin and have always exceeded my expectations. When I was given the opportunity to try Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Cream Cleanser and Hydrating Day Lotion I was very eager to find more products to love.
The cleanser is very gentle on the skin. It leaves your face feeling refreshed, clean and soft. It does not leave your skin feeling oily nor does it leave a residue. It works great at removing dirt and makeup and it smells wonderful.
Just like the cleanser this day lotion does a great job of hydrating your skin without that greasy feeling or clogging up your pores. Just a bit of this lotion goes a long way so even though the bottle appears small it will last quite a long time.
Both of these products are inspired by and contain the Clary sage plant. Clary sage has the ability to trap and retain moisture and these products were created to mimic this on your skin.
These products can be purchased online or wherever Burt's Bees is sold.
