Winner #45
It's Christmas Eve and family and friends coming or already here. Why not start Christmas morning out right with a wonderful cup of coffee. Eight O'clock has a delicious line of coffee to choose from and now a New Chocolate Mint that is going to become your new favorite flavor.
Eight O'clock coffee gave me the chance to review their coffee and some of their favorite recipes. I shared these with my friends at my mom's group and they all loved their coffee as much as I did. I even shared some of Eight O'clock Holiday Recipes with them and they definitely went over well. Now I would like to share one of my favorite with you!
You will definitely have to try this yummy treat in a cup for Christmas morning. Leave the hot chocolate for the kids, Marshmallow Candy Bar coffee is going to make everyone very happy!
Marshmallow Candy Bar!
1 Tbsp. of mini marshmallows
1 snack sized chocolate/caramel-type candy bar
1 cup of Eight O’Clock Coffee
Put the marshmallows and candy bar in the bottom of a mug and pour Eight O'Clock coffee over it. Pour your freshly brew coffee into the candy-filled mug. Stir and Enjoy! I added a little mike to make it a little creamer and it was perfect! Yummy!
For those of you who own a Keurig you'll have to try Eight O'Clock's line. Every cup is perfect! I myself do not have one but took my samples to a friend and tried them there. My favorite was the Hazelnut and my good friend really like the Original! I know that you're going to love their coffee and we are giving you the chance to try some yourself.

Torani Review
With Christmas on its, way most of us have holiday parties, cookie decorating and for me there certain flavors that just make Christmas feel whole. Pumpkin, Egg Nog, and Gingerbread are my top favorites! I was really excited when Shespeaks sent me both Hazelnut and Gingerbread. The first thing I did was take them over to my friend's Playgroup and tested them out on the moms there. I made Gingerbread Lattes and they were a really big hit! Everyone loved the flavor! Here's the recipe I followed:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp (1 oz) Torani Gingerbread Syrup
- 1 cup (8oz) milk
- 2 shots espresso
Instructions:Steam together milk and Torani. Pour into a tall glass and add brewed espresso. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over beverage. You can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, that's what I do since I don't have an espresso machine.
This second drink that I made for myself would be great for a holiday party or for Christmas morning. I love Hazelnut and Chocolate and who doesn't love Macadamia nuts! Plus the name itself sounds like Christmas. Charlie Brown Mocha. I'm going to make one of these and curl up in a blanket and watch Charlie Browns Christmas tonight! Sounds good huh!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Macadamia Nut Syrup
- 1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Classic Hazelnut Syrup
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 cup (8oz) milk, steamed
Instructions:Steam together milk & Torani. Pour into a glass and add brewed espresso. Garnish with Chocolate Sauce drizzle. *Can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
About Torani:
I want to thank Shespeaks for sending this product to me. I never realized how easy this was to do yourself. Besides, it's nice to not spend $5 for a coffee that I can make myself every day.
Merry Christmas everyone!
