The Great UGLee Pen Review & Giveaway

                                                               UGLee Pen
I am one of those girls who presses Hard down when they write , maybe its because i have horrible penmanship but whatever the reason when I seen UGLee Pen and all that it claimed to do I decided to try it !
So at 1st when I received the pen , I noticed that they were light weight and felt a little cheap (I don't know if that makes sense ) anyways I was determined to solely use this pen for everything I wrote . After the few times in using this pen , it instantly became my favorite pen . It was so soft on my hands , I could squeeze hard and it didn't hurt the longer I wrote . I gave one to my son in high school & he loves it too !

The UGLee Pen is a revolutionary ergonomic pen that is designed, created and used by a real physician. This Doctor-inspired grip pen is redefining the way people view pens and writing.
The UGLee Pen is good for everyone who writes (even just a grocery list), and is especially helpful to people who experience pain and discomfort when writing, for example those with arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.,. It's also the best writing utensil for children who are learning to write and are developing fine motor skills, as well as helpful for special-needs children who find holding a pen or pencil properly difficult. And for high-school and college students who have to take copious notes, this pen helps keep hands and fingers from cramping.

UGLee Pen has so graciously offered 1 of our Lucky readers a chance to win a 3 pack of UGLee Pens .To enter the giveaway

Noxicare "Natural Pain Relief"

I was given the opportunity to review a Natural Pain Reliever called Noxicare . I was a little skeptical about using a natural cream to relieve any pain that I may have had .. Well with that being said , I used it for about a week on a really sore shoulder (due to my line of work ) and I was really surprised because after the 2nd day, instead of reaching for my aspirin , I automatically reached for my Noxicare ! My pain was relieved & I loved the fact that I didn't have to take my aspirin . It also came in handy for my kids & I was at ease knowing that Noxicare was a true Natural Pain Reliever and I felt comforted in the fact that when my daughter had a sore knee from volleyball , I could reach for a Natural Cream to relieve Her aches ! SO job well done Noxicare ...I am a believer !
Please go visit there site Noxicare & "like" them on FB

Better for the Lunchbox

Did you know that last week, October 15-19, was National School Lunch Week? National School Lunch Week was established by congress and our President to recognize that childrens' health and nutrition is very important and also to celebrate the positive changes that have are being made in school lunch programs across the country. Children spend a large portion of their day in school and schools provide a good percentage of kids meals. It is important that these meals help provide your kids with the healthy nutrients their growing bodies need.

Despite these changes that are being made in our schools there is still much that needs to be done. All you need to do is look at your child's school lunch menu to see that. Why not make an effort to look at your childrens' menu everyday and if you see something that doesn't sound the healthiest pack your child a lunch for that day. I love packing lunches for my little girl and filling them with healthier alternatives. Fruits and veggies, nuts and olives, whole grains and skip the sugary sweet juices and soft drinks. You can even find special lunch treats to put in there that your child will love but are not just empty calories.

I was given two "Better for you" easy to pack lunchbox options to review. The first one is for the older kids who are drinking soda and even energy drinks. Yes, energy drinks, loaded with caffeine. I can't believe kids are actually getting their hands on these things! A great alternative is Sparkling ICE.

Sparkling ICE combines mountain spring water, natural flavors, fruit juice, vitamins, and antioxidants. The outcome is a delicious lightly carbonated beverage that also happens to be zero calories. It comes in 8 flavor varieties like Coconut Pineapple, Kiwi Strawberry, and Lemonade. One of the flavors I tried was Orange Mango and I loved it.

The other product I was given to review is something younger kids will enjoy seeing in their lunchbox. I know mine does!

Welch's Fruit Snacks are fun treats and a great alternative to candy or a sugary dessert. These little "gummies" as my girl calls them, are made with real fruit and contain 100% the daily recommended Vitamin C and 25% Vitamin A and E. They are fat free, gluten free, and come in 10 varieties. The 80 calorie packs are perfect for throwing in a lunchbox.

There are so many other things you can fill your child's lunch with to make sure they are eating a well balanced and nutritious meal when they are away from home. Want some lunch packing ideas? You can check out some of the bento lunches I pack for my little girl. Get creative so your kids will enjoy filling their bodies with healthy foods while filling their minds at school.

Bubele's Patch Buddies Review and Giveaway

CLOSED
Winner# 3 ape2016

Bubele's Patch Buddies are an adorable combination of a plush toy and a custom backpack that has a built-in carrying case. Each of the ten playful animals and four unique characters in the Bubele's Patch Buddies collection has a unique personality that will provide endless hours of entertainment and comfort, both at home or on the go.

We were sent the Blue & Red Backpack and Bunny for our review. Penelope was so excited to receive her Patch Buddie. I was also very impressed with the quality. I am not sure why but I imagined the actual backpack would be smaller in size, it is not! It is a large sized backpack that would be be great for sleepovers. The compartment for the plush is small enough that it keeps the toy snug inside so you don't have to worry about it falling out and losing it. Their is a zipper on the back of the plushtoy that hides away a little blanket. Penelope likes to cover her "Funny Bunny" with it when they are laying down in bed together. I can also see a child carrying it around like Linus from Charlie Brown, too cute!

Their are 5 backpacks to choose from and 14 buddies your child can pick from, each with it's own personality.

Funny Bunny
Hopping and jumping and bouncing around,
This Funny Bunny just won't slow down.
It loves to tell jokes if you need a laugh,
You never know, Funny Bunny may dress up like a giraffe!

The holidays are just around the corner and this would make a fun gift for a child in your life. Be sure and check out the entire collection.

The generous people at Buble's Patch Buddies would like to offer one Girly Girl reader the chance to win a backpack and plush toy of their choice.

To Enter: Leave me a comment telling me which backpack and buddie you would choose. Be sure and choose wisely because this is the one you will receive if you happen to win. Kulae Elite Hot Hybrid Yoga Mat Review and Giveaway

 Closed Winner # 14

A good yoga mat is hard to find. In my opinion a good yoga mat is thick enough to cushion the spine and knees, but thin enough to be easily rolled up, carried and stored. It also has to have a non-slip surface and a non-slip stable bottom for worry free transitions and holding of poses. In addition, a good yoga mat can be easily cleaned between uses and is made of materials that do not harm the user or the environment. The Kulae’s new Elite Hot Hybrid yoga mat has come very close to meeting all my perfect yoga mat expectations.

The eco-friendly Elite Hot Hybrid yoga mat is like a towel and mat combined. The bottom layer is an eco-friendly PER, while the top layer is a bamboo/microfiber blend. The mat is free of the 6 most harmful phthalates. It is also machine-washable and easy to roll up and carry.

I really like the texture of the mat. Not only does it have good traction/grip, but the top layer also has a soft texture…like a towel, making it very comfortable to use and lie on. I noticed too, the mat is longer than most mats I’ve used in the past. I’ve always thought that most yoga mats are too short and too narrow for dedicated use. Longer mats allow an easier transitions from stretch to stretch without having to worry about any part of my body touching any of the dirty floors my mat does not cover.

I really like the smell or rather the lack of plastic odor my new hybrid yoga mat has. My first you mat was a rubber mat that reeked of plastic the first time I ever unrolled it and continued to smell of plastic every time I used it, for months. The thickness of my first mat was perfect for my spine and knees, but the smell was so unpleasant I found it unpleasant to do yoga on it. My Kulae Hybrid Yoga mat had no fowl odor when I first unrolled it nor did it have a fowl sweat smell to it after many uses. Two months later it continues to smell fresh and the best part about it is that I can wash it as often as I feel the need to, to keep the odors away, but also keeps it sanitized keeping me healthy.

As for the thickness of the mat, I found my knees did not have enough cushion underneath them during certain poses while using the hybrid, especially when I placed the mat on my laminate floors. If Kulae could modify the mat just a little bit by adding an extra layer to the mat, just a little more thickness to the mat, to provided a little more cushion for my knees, it would be perfect for me. Aside from the thickness I really like this mat. It is by far my favorite mat thus far.

For more information on this mat or any eco-friendly product from Kulae products visit the website  or their Facebook or Twitter page.

The giveaway: One lucky winner will receive a pink Elite Hot Hybrid. To Enter: Leave me a comment telling me what you like or don’t like about your current mat. You can get extra entries for liking Kulae on Facebook and on Twitter. As usual you can also get extra entries for following GGG through GFC, Subscribing via email, liking us on Facebook and following via Twitter. Be sure to let me know what you are following.
