A few years back during Christmas I woke up thinking that I had pink eye, something all of use have had at one time or another. It is very common and I had actually had it enough times already I would just get drops and rinse my eyes out really well for a few days and it would go away. Unfortunately that time it wasn't just pink eye. Long story short I must have scratched my eyes some how and I ended up with two cornea abrasions. It was scary and I could have lost my eye sight. Since then I am very careful with my eyes.

OcuFresh has a nice eye wash that has really come in handy and I have been using it regularly. In fact all of the OcuFresh products have been great!  I got something in my eye one day and the eye cleanser worked wonderful to rid my eye of it. The eye lubrication product is also a a nice product. I have been keeping it by my bed at night because I have really dry eyes and sometimes I wake up at night and my eyes are killing me. One application of the drops and my eyes feel better and I can go back to sleep. I've also been taking the Eye Vitamins and I'm not sure if they are working but I like to know I'm going that extra step to take care of such an important part of my body. I also received some contact lens drops but since I do not wear contacts I gave them to a friend that does.  She loves them! She said that she prefers OcuFresh to the previous brand of drops she was using and will continue to use them.

A Reminder to Parents: Early Dental Visits Essential to Children's Health

• Begin oral care early. Wipe the baby's gums with a wet washcloth or a clean gauze pad after each feeding.
• Babies and toddlers should finish their nap time and bedtime bottles before going to bed. Never allow your baby or toddler to fall asleep with a bottle containing milk, formula, fruit juices or sweetened liquids OR a pacifier dipped in sugar or honey.

I have found that these Tooth Tissues are very useful. I started by using them with my son who is 19 months. He has a tooth brush but he likes playing with it more then using it. So the Tooth Tissues are great to use on him after meals or before bed. Plus because the tissues come in a small pack small they  fits in my purse nice and I can use them when we are out after every feeding. I have even used them on my daughter who is 4 when we have been out all day and she hasn't brushed her teeth.

These are great! I think that every mom should have these on hand. In addition these are great for those long days when your child falls asleep before brushing. You can easily wipe their teeth clean without wakening them up.

Well Since I have been taking my Sea Buckthorn I have seen many different improvements in my body. Besides just feeling all around great I can see a big difference in my skin. I am not using as much lotion during the day because I have less dry skin. My skin feels healthy and moist. Dr. Tabor's Slim & Beautiful Diet 7 Piece Sampler Kit Review

One of the Healthy Directions doctors is Dr. Aaron Tabor. Dr. Tabor has devoted his career to researching and developing scientific and medically based anti-aging solutions. Including skincare therapies and weight-control products. He is the creator of the Slim & Beautiful Diet, a diet clinically tested and based on solid science that lowers your daily calorie intake while burning more calories with physical activity. The diet includes protein shakes, bars, snacks, and cakes.

I was provided with the Slim & Beautiful Diet 7 Piece Sampler Kit for review.  The kit includes 2 protein bars (chocolate peanut butter and yogurt almond), 2 protein shakes (chocolate and Vanilla), and 3 bags of Crispy Lace Non-Naughty Nibbles (cheddar, barbecue and salted).  By following the recommended low calorie diet plan and exercise plan it is possible to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.

I attempted to follow the diet plan for a week but I found it too restrictive, but it may work for you. That's why I think this 7 Piece Sampler Kit ($15.99) is  a nice way to sample these products and diet.  So what did I think about the products included in the kit?

Diet Protein Bars- I tried these protein bars and I have to be honest and say they were not my favorite. They were a bit tasteless and the texture was grainy. I had to force these down but I do admit I wasn't hungry anymore after eating one of these. The good thing about these bars is they contain 300 milligrams of calcium to help support strong bones. They are also nice for snacking when you are on the run.

Diet Protein Shakes- I was new to protein shakes when I tried these. I know a lot of people swear by them but I found these too be a little on the chalky side. That being said I was able to drink these up no problem and they left me feeling quite full. I did prefer the chocolate over the vanilla. Each shake also contains 600 milligrams of calcium.

Crispy Lace Non-Naughty Nibbles- These snacks are baked not fried and contain only 100 calories per serving and 7 grams of protein. These reminded me a little of Chex cereal. I am a big salty crunchy snacker and I was hoping these would be a better alternative to satisfy my cravings. Unfortunately I did not enjoy these at all. In fact I found they made my cravings worse! 

I know I haven't exactly given these products rave reviews, I understand this is a diet plan, maybe I am just not a diet person. I like my food too much. :) I do believe that everyone is different though and this program might just be what you need to kick start your weight loss and healthy living.
