Costume Supercenter Review

My little girl loves to dress up. (What three year old girl doesn't?) She has a box in her closet dedicated to her princess gowns, slippers, and fancy costume jewelry so when I was given the opportunity to review one of Costume Supercenter's costumes I was very excited to find a frilly little girl dress up outfit. After looking through all the kids Disney costumes searching for that perfect princess dress I decided on this Tinkerbell Toddler Costume.

Adorable right? I knew my girl would love it! She was super excited when it arrived in the mail and was eager to put it on. Unfortunately the bad mama that I am got the wrong size! Ugh! It's too bad because this costume is cute. Complete with fairy wings and all. Fortunately though we were able to gift it to a friend of ours who has a little girl that looks just darling in it. We have been over to their home several times and each time she is prancing around in this Tinkerbell outfit. My little girl Penelope was upset about not getting into this costume but I promised her to get her another fancy dress in her size. Well, guess what Halloween is just around the corner and guess where I will be shopping for my little girl's costume? That's right with all their Halloween costumes for kids I am sure to find something really cute. I am thinking I love this Alice in Wonderland costume.

But I also think this LaLaLoopsy costume is too cute!

 They have so many costumes to choose from I think I will have to let my little girl decide which one she likes and then I might just get her a couple more to add to her dress up box.

Costume Supercenter has very reasonable prices on good quality costumes from infant to adult sizes. Now is the time to start looking as I mentioned earlier Halloween is just around the corner. 41 days away to be exact. Really?! Also be sure to like them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter.

Skindinavia Makeup Finishing Sprays Review and Giveaway

I got the opportunity to try this makeup finisher by Skindinavia. The product is used to extend makeup wear and keep colors vibrant, and leaves a healthier more breathable finish. It also is suppose to prevent summer makeup meltdowns and winter weather dry outs. So as you can imagine I was looking forward to trying it but when I received it, it was for oily skin. I have combination skin so I went ahead and tried it. I used it over a two week span to see if I could tell the difference in my makeup and my face by the end of each day. Skindinavia is a light spray and after it drys you can't even tell that you have sprayed it on. Which I think is a great things because it doesn't leave a film on your makeup.

I really couldn't tell the difference in my makeup lasting longer however, Monica, another one of the authors here at GGG who has issues with her skin being a little more oily found that Skindinavia really worked for her. She said it kept the sheen from appearing on her skin even hours after application. She even got a compliment from her husband about how great her skin is and you know how hard it is to get men to notice things like that!

All their products work hard to create perfect 16 hour makeup. They manufacture in the USA under strict FDA Guidelines using allergen free ingredients. They test each spray under the most stressful conditions to be sure it meets our high standards.

Their product ideas come from surveying over 1,000 women about how they thought their makeup could look better. They make five different finishes for the unique needs of our customers.

Their first customers were makeup artists in Los Angeles and New York City who used Skindinävia to keep makeup fresh under high stress conditions on stage and set. I think that they have a great product here and with the right product for your skin I think it could make all the difference.

I am always trying to instill in my little girl Penelope how important it is to care for her teeth and keep them clean. With a three year old anything that makes brushing fun is great. I have used toothbrushes that light up or with her favorite story characters, a minute glass to help make sure she brushes long enough, and even a fun song I made up that we sing while she is brushing. All these things have worked too! Why just the other day she proclaimed that her favorite part about getting ready to go to bed is brushing her teeth! I was very surprised by this because looking at it I thought for sure it was going to be, but I was able to run my fingers through his hair with no problem. It was actually very soft and it was hard to believe that the product was holding so well. At our dinner date we told our friends about the new AXE hair products and Chris even said "see doesn't my hair look good?" Of course they said "YES"! Chris says he is going to use the other varieties as well, sorry Kraig you will have to buy your own AXE, my husbands not sharing. :)
