As I've mentioned in previous posts I live in Alaska. It really is a wonderful place to live and breathtakingly beautiful but one of the drawbacks of living surrounded by so much nature is the abundance of mosquito's during the warmer months. They are a pain to deal with, literally. Being an Alaskan it is essential to have a good mosquito repellent once the snow and ice has melted away. That's why I was very excited to be given the opportunity to review Coleman's line of SkinSmart repellents.

The SkinSmart line of Coleman Insect Repellent is a new patented DEET Free insect repellent formula proven to be as or more effective than DEET, Picaridin and other common repellents.

First of all I love that these repellents are free of toxins and safe to use on children over the age of 1. The repellent is odorless, drys quickly and does not leave a sticky residue. It also did not irritate my little girl's sensitive skin. My favorite product from the SkinSmart line are the SkinSmart Wipes. I used these to apply repellent on my little girl. The wipes were very easy to use and you don't have to worry about spraying repellent on places you would rather not, like eyes. They are also perfect for carrying around while your on the go. I kept my wipes in my purse for easy application when needed.

Coleman's SkinSmart line consists of products that work and I would recommend them to anyone who is worried about mosquito's or other insects. Especially those of you who have worry about these little pests throughout the year.
