Mama Palooza-The Spoonk Mat Giveaway

Last week, I wrote about one of my favorite products to review, The Spoonk Acupressure Massage Mat. I promised a giveaway for one of these mat this month. Take a look below.

The Giveaway: Spoonk Space is offering one of these awesome mats to a lucky reader. The giveaway deadline is April. 10th, 2011. To win first visit the Sponk Space website. Then come back here and leave a comment below expressing your thoughts about the mat. For example, what interesting fact you learned about the mat and/or how would one of these mats help you or a mom you know? You can get extra entries for following us through GFC, facebook, twitter or Subscribing via email. Make sure to let me know in the comments below. I will choose the winner using Random.org. Please make sure your email is on your profile or leave it in your comment. If you win and I cannot contact you then the prize goes to the next person. Please respond within 48 hours or the prize will go to the next person.

    I learned that the mat’s spikes may stimulate blood circulation, relax tense muscles and induce "feel good" hormones (endorphins and oxytocin) that release feelings of wellbeing and calm.

    I learned that these mats may stimulate specific reflex points throughout the body to release blocked energy, ease tense muscles and create deep mental and physical relaxation.. I could definately use more energy!

    I learned different techniques to use it help fall asleep, energize in the morning or to relax...I think this is a cool product! I'm pregnant and would love to have this for when my back really starts to hurt.
