When I heard about Cowgirl Chocolates I just couldn't resist testing these babies out. Spicy chocolate? What could that taste like? Well I'm here to tell you about it. This is what I received in the mail, a 9-piece sampler:

I didn't even wait for my husband to get home! In fact I think a couple of these chocolates were my lunch that day (hey, it was a busy day!). And I have to admit that I actually LOVED the spicy chocolates better than the plain chocolate ones! The Habenero Caramel was by far the spiciest but most delicious gooey thing I've ever put in my mouth! And yes, it was spicy.

I ended up loving two flavors I thought I wouldn't like- the Ivory Orange and the Raspberry Lemonade. I'm not a fan of "fruity chocolates" or fruit-flavored anything to be honest... but these were absolutely delicious. So two huge thumbs-up there! If a company can make you like something you know you'd otherwise hate they get a gold star!!!

Cow Girl Chocolates now offers bars of chocolate for those people who aren't satisfied by a truffle here or there! They are only $2.50 a bar!!! I know I'll be stocking up so I can try their other fantastic flavors. And can I just say... STOCKING STUFFERS?! How fun to get a spicy chocolate in your stocking! I know it's not Christmas but bookmark it for Christmas, seriously. Or party favors for an Old West themed party!
